Do good work. Work with good people. Have a good time.

Powered by goodness.

I launched Good Bear Creative in early 2019 with a mission to do good work and work with good people. I wanted to use my branding and agency experience and make good design accessible to small businesses, entrepreneurs, and community organizations. Pretty good, right?

Good Work

I get really, really excited about colors, typography, grids, and visual hierarchy. Good Bear Creative is my passion project. Your company is your baby, and I’ll treat it like my own cub.

Good People

I only work with kind people.

I seek out meaningful relationships with people who do what they do because it lights something inside their souls. I work in a creative space, and I like working with people who lead with joy.

Good Times

Have fun. Don’t be too cool.

Celebrate both the big milestones and little victories. Find joy in the mundane. MAKE joy in the mundane. Life’s too short to take things too seriously.

Why “Good Bear?”

Bears are extremely empathetic creatures, and will often sacrifice their own safety for the safety of their family members. They have heightened senses of smell, sight, and hearing. Plus, bears are excellent navigators, making them superior survivors. Baby bears are super playful, too, which is just sweet.

Bears are serious about rest. We all know you can’t pour from an empty cup, but bears’ survival depends on this concept. In a world where extreme busyness and productivity are held at a premium, bears value consuming and recharging to thrive.

Bears are clever, playful, fierce, and loyal. Those are certainly good qualities to have in a creative partner.
